Sriram Subramanian

Sriram Subramanian graduated from IIT Roorkee with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in the year 1994. Subsequently he graduated with a PGDM from IIM Calcutta in 1996. He was a top-10 ranked student at both institutes.

He worked for 8 years as a management consultant with Accenture, based in Bombay. During this period, he managed projects for clients in the textiles, chemicals, FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors. His projects spanned multiple functions - manufacturing, supply chain logistics, distribution and marketing.

In 2003, Sriram moved to corporate industry as VP - Strategic Planning in Nicholas Piramal India Ltd., initially as part of the Chairman's Office, thereafter as Head of Strategic Marketing & Sales Training Depts.

He is a Visiting Faculty at the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.

Sriram's interests include reading, writing, music, parenting, outdoors, photography, chess, sports and travel.
